Due to the unique and personalised nature of my spellcasting services, I do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Every spell is carefully prepared and crafted with your specific situation in mind, and once the ritual energy has been set in motion, it cannot be reversed.

Exchanges

I do allow exchanges for a spell of equal or lesser value if you contact me at least 48 hours before the scheduled casting date. After this time, preparations are already underway, and changes can no longer be made.

Chargebacks & Disputes

As this is a custom spiritual service, chargebacks and payment disputes will be formally contested. I maintain detailed records and proof of all spellwork performed, including written reports, to demonstrate that the service has been completed as described.
